By downloading or using Calovia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
The service
Calovia analyzes photos of food to estimate nutrition information and suggest recipes. Results are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Calovia is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions affecting your health. Consult a qualified professional.
Subscriptions & billing
- Calovia offers a free tier with a limited number of scans per day. Unlimited scans and premium features require a subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly).
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
- Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Unused trial time is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Promotional / offer codes are redeemed through the App Store and are subject to their stated terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend access for abuse.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and content are owned by Calovia. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calovia is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
